Job Responsibilities

  • Completing root cause analysis
  • Troubleshooting downtime of equipment
  • Developing and improving line layouts and making line modifications
  • Assisting with new model activities
  • Designing fixtures and gauges in 2D and 3D software
  • Overseeing capital equipment projects, including monitoring timelines and budgets

Qualifications:

Requirements

  • A minimum of an Associates degree with at least two years of Process Engineering experience OR a Bachelors degree with at least co-ops or internships in Process Engineering positions
  • Experience working in manufacturing assembly environments
  • Mechanical troubleshooting skills
  • AutoCAD and/or 3D modeling for plant layout and/or fixture design
  • Experience implementing process improvements (scrap reductions, increasing efficiencies, etc.)
  • Basic project managment skills
  • Microsoft Office

Preferred Skills

  • Automotive supplier work experience
  • Electrical troubleshooting
  • Robotic troubleshooting
  • PLC troubleshooting
